Actually these Samsung scale to 1.75v. Newer stuff scaling to 2.1v.

ok at 1.6 volts 96 seems to be ok, though i had to raise the vccio by a couple of notches for it to be stable in windows.
If i could run 2240MHz (105 x 2133) 9-10-10-21-1T 96/88TRFC i'd be really happy.
i must say these modules do seem to have given me a few extra fps in bf3 - which i didn't expect them to do - i run at lower settings on a 120Hz screen with my 7970 so notice minimums and they really seem to have improved
