Is this any good?

I also have a GeoForce 8600GT gfx card, will this enough to handle a bigger screen?

What do you use your computer for? the gfx will reder video and do 2d work no problem i imagine but playing crysis at 1680x1050 might not be very smooth

Nar not into gaming on the pc anymore. Just general pc use.

Got two of these and they're amazing monitors if your after something thats really high quality and and has a great design. only downside is that theres no hdmi inputs ect unless you go for the model with the built in tuner.

The samsung presets are not great out of the box but if you make two adjustments as per this article then you get just brilliant image quality - http://www.digitalversus.com/article-358-3448-36.html

couldnt recommend them any more highly

I have had one of these since they were first released and I'm still very happy with it
