Yes I remember this being rerun on a Friday afternoon on CBBC. Used to love the Childrens Film Foundation films they showed.

My favourite was "One hour to zero" about a kid who runs away from home just before his town is evacuated because the local nuclear power plant is going Chenyobl, when he returns home everyone is gone. I was thinking about it a lot during the first lockdown when there were no cars on the streets.
