Hi guys,

Last night I turned my PC off and monitor at the back. Today, I've come home to do some work and got greeted with no signal message. I've tried it with dvi + vga from different machines but when I plug in the DVI the power light blinks green on and off, whilst with vga it blinks orange+green.

Any ideas? I'm about to put my fist through it.

Sounds like you tried most combinations, have you tried pressing the second button from the left to switch source?

Yip, tried switching source etc. via the button. Can't think of much else. Don't understand what is wrong with it. I doubt it's a power surge as my shuttle & laptop were both plugged in too, but don't appear to have suffered. Nor do my amp or printer.

Was thinking your gfx card could be borked but you've tried it on another machine right?

I'm out of ideas

Yea, tried it via my Laptops vga output (usually works fine) just gives me the orange/green blink, tried it via the DVI of my 7800GTOC, also the onboard DVI +VGA of my shuttle. Nothing. FFS, just at the wrong time. Working on my bloody laptop is not what I wanted to be doing.

Thanks for your help though fella.

OK, I've tried it a few more times, read the manual. Nothing. The manual suggests the light means the computer is in powersave mode, but none of them are. It's been tried with three.

Can it have somehow gone into an engineer mode or something? The manual says that if it comes up saying no signal, the monitor is still functioning correctly, but it isn't!!

Bit of a stab in the dark...........are any of the pins on the gfx card/DVI cable/monitor damaged?

I'll check that, but it would be odd for it to be on both inputs, I've tried removing both cables. Even stranger that it hasn't been moved in weeks and that it just happened the next day I turned it on.
