Just got this monitor a couple of days ago, and after 6-7 hours I noticed a yellow vertical line running down the left hand side of the screen. I just pressed at the back of the screen and it went away for a while, but then came back eventually. However all of yesterday it did not appear, and now it's coming up again. I pressed on the back of the screen while in BIOS and no lines came up; could this be my graphics card or possibly a faulty DVI cable? I noticed the line changed to pink and blue sometimes when I was pressing at the back of the screen.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I have the same thing on 3 year old iiyama, its a blue vertical line on the right.

New cable, tried the monitor on my macbook, still present.

Just ordered a new 24" LG monitor...

I ran the screen at 60hz and no lines appeared, when I went back to 120hz after 30 minutes the line appeared again. Could it be a faulty gfx card?

Is it a dual-channel DVI cable? I'm assuming so if you were able to select 120Hz. It could well by a fault with one of the cable channels, although it could equally be a screen fault. If you could get ahold of another D-DVI cable that would be good.

Thanks for the replies guys. I tried another Dual Link DVI Cable and the problem persists. Sent an email to Samsung so hopefully they'll sort something out :)
