Edit: It’s actually a QE49q80t
My mum phoned the other evening to say the Netflix wasn’t working on her TV. It became apparent that it has lost the wireless connection. I painfully talked her through going through the setting and found it had switched to using the BTFon network. I got her to switch it back to her own network and all was good.
Just over a week later it has stopped working again.
I have had a look to see if it is possible to disable the BT Fon but I have read conflicting reports on whether which works.
anyone had similar issues with Samsung TV and BT Hubs?
