My native is 1280x1024 60HZ in my display settings

However i have just updated my drivers and in the nvidia refresh rate control panel i now have the option the run my monitor at 1280x1024 75HZ i have tested this and all seams fine

But in windows it still shows only a 60HZ option

What do i use?

Without these drivers i couldnt run 75HZ on this resoloution with this monitor through windows display panel only 60HZ,my question is will i damage the monitor runing at the higher refresh rate using these drivers?

Thanks in advance

the recommended and optimum refresh rate for a TFT is 60Hz anyway, run it at that if you can. See here for more info about this setting on TFT's :)

I got a Samsung SM910MP and that optimum is 1280 x 1024 at 60Hz
If i put it to 1600 x 1200 or to 70hz i get popup on monitor moaning about it. so i gave up

you certainly won't be able to run it at a resolution above it's native res, they just can't that at all. You can normally run most TFT's up to a refresh rate of 75Hz, but sometimes they don;t like above 60Hz on some models and particularly when using DVI. Regardless, 60Hz is the best option
