I’m hoping someone can help here, my partners son has an A13 which was managed by family link on her account. I’m not too familiar with androids but the pattern was changed by him and it was entered incorrect too many times and now requires a PIN which no one seems to know typically.
My partner tried to change the PIN through the family link app with no success. The phone no longer communicates with family link and shows as offline now, probably because of it being reset?
Can anything be done as I’ve read about getting to the boot menu and factory resetting that way but for the life of me I can’t get there or is it now a paper weight and a new phone is needed?
