Samsung Android connection to Windows 10

I have a Galaxy Note 4 which I connect to my PC via a usb cable.

Normally when I plug it in the Samsung folder mounts. Since I have upgraded to W10 it does not mount. Then again it could be just a coincidence.

Anyone else had this problem....

Try installing Kies3 or Smart Switch (from Samsung) as they will install usb drivers.

Hey thanks for the tip.

I tried installing Kies3 and it told me I needed to install "Windows Media Feature Pack". This reminded me that I am running W10N. Once the Media Pack was installed the Samsung mounted.
