Samsung B2430 not shutting down when PC does ?

When I shut down my computer the monitor produces a blue blinking light that I have to turn off manually every time.

Is there a way I can get it to shut down with the computer ?

I've had a look through the menu and can't seem to find a solution.

I'm using a DVI-D connection

Any ideas ?

hey bud, is this the H version - i have this version and i cant get it to power down at the same time. i did look into it but found nothing on this however many had asked.

No it's the "L" version I believe. Bit annoying but I can live with it. Maybe it's something to do with the bundled software, although I'm reluctant to install it because by all accounts it's rubbish...

hmm go straight to the samsung website ignore the cd its pointless as i found out with every single monitor ive bought from samsung.
