I was wondering if anybody here can solve my dilemma. The monitors in question are:
32" Samsung Curved HDR QLED Gaming Monitor
vs
34" ASUS ROG Swift Curved PG348Q Gaming Monitor
This monitor will be used for casual gaming and audio production. I have an Nvidia GPU therefore I understand that by switching to the Samsung I'll be missing out on the G-Sync.
I've owned Samsung monitors all my life and I've been very happy with them. I've seen great reviews for the Asus however, especially when it comes to gaming. However I've also heard very good things about the new Samsung QLED monitors, and I've been told the picture quality surpasses than Asus's ROG series.
I don't care much about response times as I'm not a pro-gamer. Screen-tearing however could be an issue.
I will also be using this monitor to play my consoles (PS4/Switch).
