I bought the cheapest 32GB (2x16GB) RAM kit and it's Samsung D-die Dual Rank memory.

So far I have tested these two settings stable:
1.4V 3600-16-20-20-38
1.42V 3600-16-19-19-38

Is over 1.4V safe for these D-die chips? There's not that much information about safe voltage and degradation during a long-term usage.

1.45 unless you have cooling on the dimms as stability issues can come into play with higher temps.

You should be able to do 3600mhz and 16-16-16-34 easily with b-die and drop TRFC under 300 without using over 1.45v

Edit: just seen its Samsung D-die so not sure about that.

Have you stuck with your OC and if so, what temperatures have you been seeing and would you mind sharing the full list of your timings?

I've got what is most likely D Die and the info on these is still non-existent although they seem to be similar to B Die AFAIK or at least with the scaling with voltage which may also mean they're also limited by a similar temperature? I know that's not how it works but there's zero info out there. Mine on XMP (No OC) will hit 53c only when using Handbrake, in a 19-21c ambient room with a good airflow case. To keep the temps down, I've got an 80mm fan on them.
