Hey there, was wondering if someone can help, today I took delivery of my new 26" R74 from xxx, excellent TV but it's got a big red dead pixel in the centre of the screen at the top, am I right asking for a replacement as it does stick out a lot on darker screens, would be very grateful if someone could give me some help! Cheers.

EDIT: Found a blue one on the left hand side too about 5 inches in so that makes two lit ones now.

Yeah ofcourse you should be asking for a replacement, no point paying a few hundred quid and it's not perfect!
Some manufacturers have a 1 dead pixel policy, some hav e3 or 4 dead pixels and you can send it back, but companys who sell the items i aint sure on!

I'd be interested to know their official stance...I have 1 red (visible on white) on my LE32R73, although it hasn't bothered me for a long time now.

Slightly off topic Spikey, just got one of these tvs yesterday. When you use the digital tuner, does the sound come through the internal speakers? For the life of me I cannot get the internal speakers to work with the digital tuner but the sound is fine for analogue runer and all the inputs.

What does your do spikey? By the way on a quick examination my pixels look fine but I haven't had a good luck really.
