Samsung Dead Pixel Policy

Quick and easy this one. My monitor (bought in February) has developed a stuck pixel - either that or I have only just noticed it after 10 months which I highly doubt.

Is there any recourse with Samsung?

I know their products come with a 2 year warranty but I am having a great deal of trouble trying to find out a) their DPP and b) their retrospective DDP.

Any advice gladly welcomed. Thanks.
 
The first thing to do is not assume it's a stuck pixel. If it's a black spot it could be an insect that has got in there. You can try to dislodge it by giving the top of the screen a sharp rap. DO NOT try to massage the pixel unless you want dead insect permanently smeared on the inside of your screen!
