I'm trying to connect my E590 via the USB cable to my PC and the Samsung software downloaded from the website will not recognise the phone when connected to the PC. Have tried the different USB settings on the phone to see if this makes any difference but with no luck. The comp recognises the fact that there is a device attached but the software doesn't?
Does anyone have a clue how to solve this problem or has had the same issue?
