The latest fingerprint update has been sent out to some Samsung phones recently. If like me you haven't received it on a device and you're comfortable using ADB you can force the update notification through the ADB Command
adb shell cmd jobscheduler run -f com.samsung.android.tadownloader 4096
Although the command is for an earlier update in 2018 I can confirm it worked on a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ for this latest update.
After the update has been installed you will need to reboot.
