Samsung Frame - how does Apple TV work

I’m moving into a new apartment and will get a Samsung frame tv and have it mounted as shown in all the promo pics.

If I want to hook up an Apple TV or console how do I do this without ruining the aesthetics?

It has a separate box which is used for the inputs etc.

There's a single cable that goes from that box to the frame.
