Now looking at a G7. What is the 32" like to work on for day to day work (documents, spreadsheets etc)
Will use for work in the day and games and streaming outside of that. If its too big generally I may go for a 27". Would be good to hear your experiences on both 27 and 32

I've got the 32" and love it for both work and gaming. I probably prefer my older ultrawide for work due to the extra horizontal real-estate but the improved image quality on the g7 means I'm sticking with it. The only other thing I'd say is that 1440 resolution on a screen this size is pushing it a bit - I don't mind it but I can quite believe it might be a problem for some.

So I was offered a 27" at £100 off with 28 days to return it. I could have got a 32" with £60 off but £450 on a 27 was the best offer. Basically £170 less than retail of the 32", can spend it at OC when I need more hardware.
Will see how it goes. I do think at the distance I am sitting the 32" is going to be less sharp and out of my peripheral vision.

Well just got the thing set up and I have to say wow !!! what a difference between my old 27" 1440p and the G7 27". Soooo much sharper.
It is a bit deeper and at the moment the monitor arm doesn't go back any further. I might have to change that but it fills up my field of vision, I am now glad I didn't go for the 32.
As for the curve, I don't even see the top of the screen as a curve. Yes I do see the curve at the bottom. I thinks its like getting new glasses, it takes a while to adjust.
I do notice that rectangular boxes like the message boxes on this forum are curved and at the moment conscious of that.
Time will tell. If its no good then it goes back but so far I am impressed.
