samsung G700 S2 problem

hi, ive just recently purchased the samsung g700 s2, got it delivered other day and it keeps crashing blue screen of death after login or just randomly rebooting with blue screen,

quite baffeled why it should do this? ive tried reinstalling windows with no success, maybe its conflicting software or something? anyone with one had any problems or any solutions?

Have you contacted customer support? Could be anything from the HDD/GPU/CPU etc.

It is still under warranty get it looked at by the manufacturer ;)

Will do thanks bud! Was just hoping someone had same problem and solution, tried remote assistance buts it's useless lol, I'll get in touch with Samsung hopefully get it sorted!

I found Samsung support to be very good, had an R580 that failed to boot, sorted in less than a week. Sent off U/S kit new one turned up a couple of days later.
 
still not sorted yet, sent samsung an email as the remote support wouldnt work for me :(
just waiting on reply as been to work so couldnt ring them :(
 
trying my best to find a way to contact samsung but on their tech support sites to e mail them i need to select component from drop down list and its not there :( tried ask a q live help but bounces me back to the page i was on :@( any advice on direct e mail contact addrrss for support or anything? thanks
 
Only bought it 2 weeks ago, and yeah prob but means being offline for about 2 weeks while I send it back. Etc heh rather try see what's the matter 1st, how would I gain access to check my ram n g card? Never had or dissected a laptop before :(
