I bought my wife a Galaxy Tab 3 and I've managed to set the device up and connect her Google account, but I'm now no longer able to connect to the internet.
It will connect to the router and report a strong signal while being connected, but it doesn't allow internet access reporting 'No Internet Access'.
There are no software updates, my PC is connected via Ethernet to the same router, phone is connected via Wifi and all is fine.
Time to return the device?
