Samsung Galaxy S IV

I noticed there isn't yet a thread for this phone yet, I was looking at getting the S3 later on this year when my contract is out in June, but I saw a few bits of information on the S4 that look good

So far some good things I've seen are:
-Full RGB OLED screen at 3.99inches and 1080p (Possible unbreakable screen?)
-8-core CPU
-2600mAh battery
-Wireless Charging
-13mp Camera

Is far as I can see, these are only rumors as nothing has been confirmed by Samsung yet. If the above is true though, this should be a pretty incredible phone

EDIT:

I doubt that it will be a 4" screen, no way they would go from 4" on the GS 1 to 4.3" on the GS 2 to 4.8" on the GS 3 to 4" for their next flagship phone, will most likely be 5" (given that HTC and Sony's next flagship phones are going to be around the 5" mark) and still probably pentile.

If its 5 inches. I for one won't be having it. My S2 is still going strong. No real need to upgrade it when my contract is up in April.
