Samsung galaxy S6 issue

Sorry if this is in the wrong thread however it's portable as is laptop/tablets
anyways I'm having issues connect my Galaxy S6 to my pc, it'll charge but won't show as a media device, I have tried different cables, tried all the usb debugging and usb settings through the developer settings. Here's the catch my twin has exactly the same phone and it connects with no issues at all! I'm stuck, only had it for 5/6 months if I can't get it sorted it'll be going back!

Could be that you've got one that isn't enabled as a mass storage device over USB?

I think there are some apps on the play store that might enable it also

cheers mate I just got a full refund £380 back in my account, I can get an S7 for around that price these days Grade A from somewhere that does Grade A-C and 2 year warranty on second hand stuff. not bad eh
