Samsung galaxy tab 3 boot loop failed tobflash HELP

I have a Samsung galaxy tab 3 sm-t820. This is stuck in a boot loop, gets to Samsung logo and after 30 seconds to 2 mins it restarts. It will not power down. I tried soft reset power + volume down. I have tried booting into sfe mode, just caries on restarting.When I press power + volume up it restarts and gets stuck on a black screen with blue writing that says RECOVERY BOOTING.... and restarts stop, if I hold the power button it restarts and shows the same message, I have to plug it into my laptop and hold power button to restart to get backnto the Samsung logo bootloop.
When I tried flashing with odin this keeps failing, somtimes after about a min sometimes after 5 to 10 mins. I have tried different version dates for this also.

Not sure what else to try.
Im a newbie to the world of tech so still learning . Please use simple terms for me.
