I just got the GW4C 46mm and I'm struggling to install the Samsung Health Monitor app. This is the one with the ECG stuff in it, so really wouldn't mind getting it to work.

I've tried installing it multiple ways. From the phone using the Samsung Browser. From my watch using the samsung browser (which is the only time links actually appear). The install button seems to do nothing.

Interestingly, if I search the Galaxy Store for this app, it doesn't show up. It only shows up using a link from my watch.

Note: I don't have a Samsung phone.

It's not officially supported on non-Samsung phones unless you load via ADB and install a modded application on your non-Samsung phone.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 supports a wide array of health tracking and fitness features. However, some of these features are not available to all users. For instance, the ECG and blood pressure features are restricted to certain regions. In addition, you can't use these features when the watch is paired with a non-Samsung phone, even in supported regions either.

The above from XDA Developers, along with a guide on how to install on non-Samsung hardware
