I ordered the above phone from Tesco Mobile (I have the Flip 3 at the moment), it was supposed to be delivered by DPD yesterday by 3.00pm. At 3.00pm i got an email and photo from DPD showing my parcel in the hands of a stranger. They told me they had delivered to my neighbour at No 8, I spoke to the owner and he never had contact with DPD all day. I stayed in all day and never saw the van. The package was given to a complete stranger ( I never told DPD to deliver to my neighbour.). I contacted Tesco Mobile and gave them all the information and was told they would carry out an investigation which will take approx 5 days. There is a few streets in the next estate with the same street name (Council blunder)and I think my package is in one of the houses there. I informed that the only person who knows where it is , is the DPD driver. Tesco has been in touch with myself but its the same old information. They also asked me to contact DPD (It is there job as my contract is with Tesco not DPD. This afternoon I asked they contact DPD and get them to pick up the package and return to Tesco Mobile and when they get it back that my new account is closed as they have broken the contact between Tesco Mobile and myself.
 
Sorry to hear this, not sure what's going on but getting a lot of misdeliveries lately in our area too.

More shocking that Tesco don't require the courier to be given a code by the customer to take over delivery of such a high value item.
