I have a broken Samsung HD204UI (F4EG) sat here which I am not able to contact Seagate technical support about due to its serial number format. Has anyone else had any problems entering their serial number here to check the warranty / request an RMA?

According to the form - "Invalid Serial Number. Only letters A/a to Z/z and numbers 0-9, no spaces, no more than 20 characters." .... Yet the serial number has multiple letters in, starting with an S.
Also the email support form requires the serial number which ofcourse doesn't work either!
What to do?!
