Hi all,
I have seen the adverts for the Sumsang LCD screens that are out, and they look quite nice

has anyone got one?

800 quid for Samsung LE32R41BD 32" HD Ready LCD TV is quite pricey

lol pricey ?

what else have you been looking at. Anything of any quality costs the same or more than that. Sony / Toshiba / Panasonic / JVC / LG etc.. all cost at least £800 and the Sony is about 1k

When it comes to TVs, you get what you pay for. Matsui (or some other rubbish brand) TVs are produced to a price and you can tell.

You get what you pay for.

Its a bit like saying a Range Rover Discovery is pricey when compared to a SSang Yong. They just dont compare.

The R7's are the new ones, the old ones don't seem to have come down in price though. The one on the advert is an R73 (I have the LE32R73BDX), and good value for money once you consider all the bits missing from the cheaper sets.

I have a Samsung LE32R41B and it is an awesome HDTV-ready LCD TV for the price....however, if I was buying now, I would go for the R7 release.....

I concur with this , My LE32R is stunning quality - but due to the tiny price difference , the R7 is the only one worth considering

Saw the LE32R74BDX the other day for £800 + £15 del.

Whats the difference between 73 & 74?

The Samsung LE32R74BDX / 32in HD Ready LCD is the one im getting on the net and thats £774.95 inc vat and p+p, but if i buy through another site i get 3% off so thats £751.70 which is a top deal!
