Last night sat down to watch a film and noticed the soundbar displaying CHECK SUBWOOFER error several times and the bass was disappearing from audio constantly.
I did the Samsung website ID SET reset for Bluetooth but didn't fix it. I'm guessing something has popped on the Bluetooth module or mainboard in the speaker. I can't find any way to open the speaker. No screws or way to pop it open and I can't find anything on Google.
Anyone got any experience with these? Any ideas how to sort it or am I going to have to bin it.
