Naturally you want to make the best purchasing decision you can, that's understandable. When all is said and done though, this is a £99 soundbar with a sub and Bluetooth connectivity, optical, 3.5mm jack and a USB port. That's a lot of tech for very little money.
If you were asking "Is this the best I can buy up to £500?" then the answer would be a resounding "No!". But if the question is "Can I buy anything significantly better and still new for another £10-£20?" then I'd say no too.
If the majority of reviews are positive and there's very few if any complaints that a feature or function doesn't work then go ahead. There'll always be the odd review that expresses some concern over audio . It's often founded on unrealistic expectations so bear that in mind when reading.
