My mate has the following :
Samsung LA46B LCD TV
Denon AVR-590
PS3
The settings in the PS3 are :
BD/ DVD Vieo Output Format (HDMI) - Auto
BD 1080p 24hz (HDMI) - Auto
BD/DVD Dynamic Range - Auto
Video Output Setting - All (576p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p)
RGB Full Range - Limited
Y Pb/Cb Pr/Cr Super White = Off
The PS3 is connected to the Denon receiver in the input 2 (HDP) and out to the Samsung, tried with both input 1 and 2. The problem is that depending on what you try and play on the PS3, DVD or BluRay, it won't play both without having to restart without getting "Mode Not Supported" error from the TV.
So if you put a DVD it in will play fine, then throw a BD in and you get the error and have to restart the PS3. Put a BD in and it plays fine, then put a DVD in and you get the error again.
Any idea's if this is problem with the settings of the TV or something else ?
