I would like any help in finding out is wrong with my TV before I call an engineer. I have a Samsung LE23T51BX 23in WS LCD TV. The problem I have is complicated to explain. When I am viewing light contrasts with dark around the light contrasts the picture that is displayed is fuzzy. So say I have a torch that is projected onto a dark wall there is be a ring of light, on this TV the ring of light around the edges will become distorted “fuzzy”. Its very noticeable in films when viewing faces were on side of the face will be dark and the other will be light. The shadow region of the face when is met with the light region will be fuzzy.
I have tried all the options that are available and I have turned of and on all the Samsung enchanters.
