samsung lcd problem

i bought a samsung 26 lcd a few days ago and i noticed when using the built in freeview i got white lines flashing on the top of the screen this happends around every 20 mins you will see a white line flash right at the top of the screen.has anyone else got one of these tvs and noticed it?

Send it back immediately - sounds to me like the tv tuner is faulty.

I am guessing when you play a dvd then everything is ok?

yea everything is fine like dvd player ect but its only sumtimes on the freeview i noticed it only seems to do it on curtain channels also e4/chan4/itv2
