I am wanting to purchase this monitor off the website but I’m trying to establish if my Mac mini(or any Apple Mac book) will run it because of the resolution and I’m not a very technical person so would appreciate some advice

Did you find out? I'm looking to buy this screen and have an M1 Macbook Air and a 2020 i5 Macbook Pro that I will need to use on the screen as well as my main desktop

If you can confirm the max output res for your mac, that'll confirm if the monitor is supported.

M1 Macbook Air

2020 i5 Macbook Pro

• One external display with up to 6K resolution at 60Hz

Looks like you should be ok, but cross reference the 6k res in pixels against the monitor
