Samsung Pc Studio on Windows 7

My phone is a samsung tocco and to get photos from it onto the pc I need to use pc studio
I can install it fine no problem, the problem is that is wont recognise my phone when I connect it up to USB cable

I have spent half the day yesterday followin stuff on google and Im still at square one
Has anyone got this software and managed to get it to work with their phone?

its rubbish software, why do you need to use it ? do you not have a memory card in the phone that pops up as a removable drive? - i uninstalled the software and just dragged and dropped the pics from the memory card. can't help with your issue but can advise to stop using it

The pictures automatically save to my phone, though that is a good suggestion

Il see if I can get the phone to automatically save to the memory card

yeah sorry i was not much help, but that proggy was bad, i changed my settings to save to the memory card and then just plugged the phone in as a mass storage device and pulled off the pic's

I drop the memory card into an caddy, then its put into my 19 in 1 card reader in my system to print, or save.
