Hi all,
I used to have an option in the power settings within Vista to change the processor fan speed. This has vanished, which means that the processor fan is running at near full whack all the time when the laptop is plugged into the mains. When I unplug it, the fan slows right down to an acceptable level. However, I want the option back as I don't want to be constantly listening to the fan while using the laptop plugged in.
Can anyone help me restore this fan speed option?
