Samsung R530 backup missing

Hi guys

I'm trying to format my fiancées laptop to it's initial backup, but it isn't available to choose. If I click the detailed info button, it lists it there and says it's on HDD, but there is no option to choose that or any other complete restore.. Does anyone have any idea how I can get it back or reformat it it factory without a disc?

I think its normally down via Samsung recovery program,something like this http://www.samsung.com/us/support/supportOwnersHowToGuidePopupPrint.do?howto_guide_seq=4124&howto_guide_step_no=1&prd_ia_cd=N0000137&map_seq=25953 ,I have version 5 listed in Win7 and there is an option for restore/backup in the Samsung recovery program.

I tried this, but the 'computer initial status' for some reason isn't listed, it's all been deleted.

Download a windows iso and install from that, you wont get all the pre-installed **** either.

You may have to phone activate but its no biggie.
