I've had this monitor for just over a year now, and love it. Had heard bad things about fault, but was yet to run into any. However, just sold my discrete GPU with DisplayPort connection, and am now using 3570K onboard IPU via Asus motherboard's HDMI out.
Things I've now noticed:
1 - Every so often, the screen goes black for no reason and I get the message from the monitor stating "CHECK SIGNAL CABLE". I have to click the source button on the monitor again, and it's fine. Tried different cables too.
2 - When I hit DELETE to enter the UEFI BIOS, the screen is badly distorted like there is a major issue - when hooked up to Sony TV with same HDMI cable, works fine.
3 - ECO Motion Sensor doesn't work, so monitor will not turn itself off even. I have checked all menu settings and set them accordingly.
Anyone else have this monitor, and had these issues? Maybe I just need to get another discrete card with DisplayPort sooner rather than later.
