Samsung S27A850D shaking and flickering

My monitor flickers flickers and moves up and down very rapidly at 1440p but when its at 1080p it stops flickering. I can't change my refresh rate as its stuck at 60hz and I have recently over clocked my CPU

Why is my monitor shaking so badly?

How do you have it connected up and what GPU are you using?

loaded default setup via bios with no oc and still shakes
connected through DVI to my 280X

also any good way of checking gpu consumption at power saver mode, i cant seem to get my cpu to clock down on power saver mode but need to lower energy consumption though.

Make sure you're using a Dual-Link DVI cable such as the one that should have been supplied with the monitor.

it flickered because i forgot i had an invalid gpu OC ( i thought it was running default clocks)

anyway
