Samsung S27A950D stuck on 60Hz using new RTX2080

Just testing a new rtx2080 in my system.

Using the displayport to DVI adapter supplied with the card and my old DVI cable.

Monitor used to run 120Hz, now stuck at 60Hz.

Is it the adapter? Or am I being stupid?

Disappointed if NV gave a duff adapter in the box tbh.

Google tells me an adapter should work.

The adapter and cable have to specifically be labelled Dual link.

Cable is dual link, and worked fine before. Obv the NV adapter is not dual link. Boo.

Have ordered a display port cable. No point faffing about with connectors if it doesn't work out of the box.
