Samsung S7 QR code setup

My nephew just got a new S7 and it's got this QR code setup before use.
However none of the 5 codes on the box or paperwork are recognised.
Looked online for answer but no joy.
Samsung online help is worse than useless.
Factory reset and starting again doesn't work.
Anyone got any ideas before we head to the Samsung store tomorrow.?

Ah, he might have inadvertently got a business issue phone?
It does seem ridiculous for personal users to go through this nonsense.
I hope the Samsung shop can help, otherwise he's got to deal with one of the worst etailers for returns.

He decided to just return it under the 7 day rule.
Although how long he'll wait for refund is up in the air as that etailer are awful for returns.

I talked him in to ordering a Redmi Note 5 plus for @£150, thereby saving an additional £150.
