Just thought I'd let you know, the tilt mechanism on my trusty 215TW broke a few days ago. Monitor would just "hang" down at 15 degrees permanently. I gave Samsung a call (it's 18 months old) to see if they'd send some replacement springs or a stand.

Next day courier arrived, replaced the entire unit, took the old one away. I now have a brand spanking new 215TW!

Now that's service!
