Are there any online uk retailers or places that ship to the uk?

Do any other companies make crt hdtvs? Sorry for asking again but the other thread I made got deleted, for some reason threads more than 1 day old seem to get pruned in this forum, whats up with that?

I am referring to the WS32Z409TQ.

The geometry is so bad it would put me off watching it for any length of time, let alone buying one.

Cant you adjust the geometry? According that that thread theres some sort of service menu. If the output was from a pc couldnt you counteract the curved effect by altering the shape of the image the pc outputs?

Sometimes you can just like you can adjust a PC monitor.

However, I am unsure if you definately can on the Samsung.

Service menu's can be a little dodgy and you can end up permananlty rendering the CRT useless.

Id be perfectly happy if they just made a normal size crt so there wouldnt be any problems like this, I mean you already need a stand for this tv so if its a bit bigger it doesnt make a difference, I bet almost everyone who bought one of these bought them for the picture quality over lcds anyway and couldnt care less about the size.
