Samsung SM-2443BW Question (viewing angles)

Hi,

Im going for a dual 24" setup in the next couple of weeks, currently the SM-2443BW is looking like a good option with the highest specs for my budget Here.

Ive read that the vertical viewing angles arnt too hot on it? Is this going to be a problem? I mean if the screen is on a desk can you read text fine from it standing up looking down at it?

Any better choices? £250 max budget

Standing up text is fairly readable if you're standing about 2 feet away from it and easily readable from 3 feet. I'd make a guess at 45 deg from center being the cutoff point for readability. The panel tilts and rotates anyway, you could always angle it upward if the angles become a problem.

Horizontally it's fine, easily readable from any sane angle.
