Cashback Claim Instructions
To claim Cashback, please contact Samsung by any of the following methods:

1) By Post to: Samsung June T Cashback Promotion, (Dept SAM044), PO Box 104, Ludlow, SY8 1YB

2) By e-mail to [email protected] quoting "SAM044 June T Cashback Promotion (claimants surname)" in the subject line.

You need to include your name, address, postcode, daytime contact phone number and the model and serial number of the monitor you are claiming for, along with a copy of the purchase invoice.

Cashback Terms & Conditions

1) This Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.
2) Employees or agents of Samsung Electronics (UK) Ltd or any of its group companies or their families or households or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
3) This offers only applies to new purchases (not second-hand), between 17th June 2009 and 15th July 2009 whilst stocks last.
4) Deliveries must be to UK addresses
5) Only one Cashback claim per qualifying purchase and customer. This Promotion is only available to end-users only. Claims must be received by Samsung Electronics (UK) Ltd by 12th August 2009.
6) Cashback will be made payable to the name on the invoice and will be dispatched by post to the addresses of the respective claimants, as provided by them, within 28 days of a valid claim being received inclusive of proof of purchase.
7) Samsung Electronics (UK) Ltd accepts no responsibility for applications lost or damaged in the post/ email.
8) Proof of posting/dispatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
9) Samsung Electronics (UK) Ltd shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age and other relevant details of an entrant or claimant and/or the verification as to their qualifying purchase before sending to the claimant the cash back.
10) Samsung Electronics (UK) Ltd shall not be responsible for lost, misdirected, illegible, late, mutilated or altered forms or accompanying documentation.
11) Samsung Electronics (UK) Ltd shall not be liable for any interruption to this Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond their control.
13) Samsung Electronics (UK) Ltd reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
