Samsung T240 Issues

I got my T240 today and while i'm stunned at the size and default picture quality, i'm having some troubles with it.

I'm running Win 7 64 bit so that might have something to do with this, but I can't install the drivers. I download them and when I try and execute the drivers it just says drivers cannot be installed in a bog standard windows dialogue box.

I don't know if this might be due to the drivers, but I cannot adjust most of the monitor's options like contrast or any of the colour options.

Also as far as I can gather the T240 should support up to 75hz refresh, yet I can choose between 59 and 60, although if I set it to 60 and apply, it resets back to 59 straight away.

Anyone have any ideas?

Edit. I think I got the drivers installed by using device manager updating, but still can't use contrast and colour controls.

I don't think I ever installed the drivers for my T240, I just left everything at normal and did any image tweaking through the nVidia control panel.

As for the refresh, mine does the same, so that could be driver related, although 59Hz has not given me any problems yet, although if 75Hz is possible with the drivers I may grab them.

The driver disc wouldn't even load for me (T240HD and Windows 7 64-bit). In fact it killed my PC, had to hard reboot.

I get the same thing with the refresh rates.

I'm in W7 too, I just got the drivers through windows update. Although, I do all my colour settings etc. through the menu interface on the actual monitor.
