Hi, i am thinking about buying a S22 from samsung's website with a trade in for my old Galaxy S9.

S9 has a badly cracked screen with a line down it, and from what i can tell would meet samsungs not in good condition box which just says device must power on and hold charge which it does.

Has anyone had any dealings with samsung trade in and smashed phones? They are offering 180pounds which is quite a lot for a phone that hardly works.

My worry is they will turn around and say its worth 30 once they recieved it making the deal not so great.

they have the 20percent discount off phones at the moment making the phone total 855.20

This happened to me also just go through to check out page and add trade in there, its a check box to agree terms and conditions that doesn't seem to always come up on edge.

Or click the recycling option, if it is the next stage to get the delivery date, rubbish website or browser, not sure which is at fault, probably mix of both :D

its when entering contact details for address, after clicking checkout. It starts grey so cant click, enter shipping and billing, it turns blue as if i can click, i click and nothing happens :<

Managed to get it to work.

For some reason it really did not like my billing address, no matter what i did. Got it to go through by putting shipping address same as my billing and payment still went through. Stupid website imo.

Fingers crossed i dont have any issues with the trade in or i will be sending the handset back.

Also noticed that it auto added a fiver for reclycling an old device, i unticked this box so i now i have a feeling i got to send my old phone back at my expense?

I kind of thought that option was there for people not trading in and just wanting to recycle?? lol
