Just wanting to know if this Samsung is any good?

There's a good offer on ATM and it sort of what I'm looking for.

I've currently got a 10 year old Samsung lcd 37" that's still good and works just fine. Just wanting something a bit bigger and modern

Looking at this tv myself, seems really good for the money. Seen a few reviews that give it a good write up & there's an owners thread on avforums where people seem happy with it. Its very tempting at that price especially with 15% cashback through Quidco.
