need help with my Samsung VESA wall mount. Recently purchased a UE32k5500 and hanging it on my wall. I have the VESA bracket but the screws have stumped me.
As per Samsung manual I have 4 M4 45mm screws. However the top two screw holes are a lot shallower than the bottom, leaving around half the screw hanging out above the bracket.
Googled a few things but no one seems to be having this issue, and specific 'Samsung UE32k5500 Wall bracket kits' come with 4 screws of exactly the same length.
I am stumped. Must be overlooking something.
