Hello, i think this is the right section for this to go into?, can anyone help me please my samsung wave randomly restarts itself and just sits on the enter pin page then when i enter the pin it it starts up and then can work perfectly anyware from 1 hour before it does it again to a week im unsure when it started doing this but i belive it was after i updated the phone (unsure) but it also seems to do it more when im outside in the cold doing phsical activity or if the phone gets hot as it doesnt do it when its just sat next to me on my desk this brings me to my second problem when i plug my phone into my computer it comes up on the phone with a few options i select samsung kies i get the little usb connected icon on the phone but nothing happens on the computer but if i select media transfer instead of kies my computer and kies recognises it but i need it in kies mode to upgrade the firmware.. it never used to do any of this until the update and its just starting to get on my T*ts
