I've had my Samsung Z5 for about 4-5 months now and I loved it, it was simple to sync music to it quickly and the touchpad was awesome. When I got out of work today and tried to turn it on I found I had no music on there at all in any of the "Artists/Albums/Genre's/Composers/Playlists" menus, the only place I could find my files was when I pressed "Browse Files" but I can only play one track at a time and have to select a new one after its finished. This as you can imagine is not ideal at all. It isn't being detected by any of the PC's in my house when I plug it in via USB, so no firmware updates.
Apart from a few reviews on Amazon.co.uk (where I originally bought the product from) that have the exact same problem, I can't seem to find anyone else who's run into it. I'm guessing its a faulty batch in the UK from Amazon or something. Has anyone else experienced this? I'll probably call Samsung support tomorrow but I assume they'll just tell me to restart it, which I must have tried about 10 times now.
If there is not solution to this then I'm in the market for a new MP3 player so any suggestions are welcome.
